Business information you provide during onboarding (services, brand details, target audience).
Account credentials and usage data when you use our portal.
Results and inputs from our free diagnostic tools, if you choose to save them to an account.
Payment details, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store card numbers ourselves.

Where your data is stored

Your data is hosted on infrastructure located in Australia. Some third-party services we rely on to deliver our products (such as Stripe for payments, and the platforms your marketing content is published to, e.g. Google or Meta) may process data outside Australia as part of their own operations.

How we use your information

To deliver the products included in your subscription.
To communicate with you about your account, including weekly reports and approvals.
To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
To improve our products and diagnostic tools.

Third parties we share data with

We share data with the services needed to run your subscription, including HubSpot (CRM), Stripe (payments), and the specific platforms your content is published to (e.g. Google Business Profile, Meta). We do not sell your personal information.

Free-tier accounts

If you save a free tool result by creating an account, we store that result and your account details against your account until you request deletion. Creating an account is optional — you can view your free tool result without one.
