Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Stable Digital's products and portal, operated by Dotdothorse Pty Ltd trading as Stable Digital (ABN 68 660 378 950, "we", "us"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, in AUD, exclusive of GST.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
A one-time website build is included with every paid plan. If you already have a website you would like us to work with instead, a rebuild is scoped and quoted separately, typically from $2,500 AUD.
Ad spend (Performance and Prosper tiers) is separate from your subscription fee and is set according to the budget you approve.

What each tier includes

The specific products included in your tier, and whether you self-manage them with AI guidance (Foundation) or we manage them on an approved plan (Growth and above), are set out on our Pricing page, which forms part of these terms.

Content approval

On our self-managed (Foundation) service model, content and responses require your approval before publishing; unapproved items expire safely without publishing. On our managed service models (Growth and above), publishing follows the cadence set out in your agreed plan.

Ownership

The domain, website, and content created for your business belong to you. Access and transfer details are confirmed during onboarding.

Marketing communications

Any marketing email we send complies with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), including a functional unsubscribe mechanism in every message.

Limitation of liability

We aim to deliver the products in your subscription to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as rankings, review counts, or lead volume), which depend on factors outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active subscribers by email.
